Greetings from the endless, empty plains of North Dakota. I was impressed to see that the bike in the forground on the front cover has a SX650 engine. Wow. But unlike the fellow in the article, I don't have a Yamaha because I'm a big fan of Japanese bikes (I really think they are great, but I wish it was a Triumph instead.) I love the old time British engineering. I'm really a big fan of the way they did things. I have 2 old Triumph 650 engines (they are both missing heads and the cyl barrels are junk too) that I keep around for fun. I steadily am collecting Whitworth spanners and sockets. I want to have a Meriden Triumph someday.

I also work on a MGB for my pastor's wife. It's not a bike, but it's made in England.
