I realised last night, while flicking through the magazine during my 'lunch' break, that I'd completely missed two other pages that shouldn't be there !

I'm referring of course to the Sc........Scooooo.........Scooooooooo...............Hairdryers !
I confess I did actually read the owners comments on their silly machines.
How Much Money ?
£6000 for a Hairdryer ?
Apparently the pink ones are worth more than the white ones.
Or something like that !

What struck me was the unlikely build of the owners!

no wonder they stressed the point about checking the frames... :D

Great issue.  Would like to see more of Hugo's Velocette.....

Thanks for the interest. I haven't had time to ride or write about the Velo yet, but I will. Rick has done a great job. It looks great and seems to run well, though I've only ridden it around the car park.

I'm waiting for the registration to come through, then hoping to use it in the Beamish Trial on 21 September.

Just got my copy yesterday.....saw that the wee Starfire was in the projects bit:cool:. Still haven't read it yet except the Banbury Run story. Nice to see Rick's Rex (say that three times fast) and BSA on the roads along with Ewans Rex.
