I just celebrated a milestone birthday, and as I work away a lot and the Z900 can be stood for months at a time 'er indoors for once bought me something I really like!!!

A carcoon bike bubble!

No more cleaning chrome and alloy every time I uncover it....just unzip and ride.

Happy days, Kev.

It's perfect, it is clear with a red base and fits the bike with about 6 inches front and rear and just clears the bars with no mirrors fitted.

It has a charcoal filter to take out dust and moisture and a small fan keeping it inflated. Also you get a battery conditioner with it so the battery is kept good as well.

I think there are 2 or 3 sizes and this one was about 200 pounds.

I don't have any pics and I am in Hong Kong until Xmas. I will ask my daughter to take some pics when she can.

This one also has a drying option if you put the bike in wet.

another option for those on a tighter budget is one of these

thinking of one for when the b40 is finished, as they dont seem very expensive and have virtually no running costs.

cheers mark.

Or just bring them into the living room when it's cold and damp - you can sit and admire them when there's nothing but crap on the telly.....
