Just got back from the show, I'm sure other forumeers must have attended as the villiage was filled solid with classsics, Great day out and the weather stayed fine ,

personal favorite was the HRD vincent that looks like it was last washed in the 50's.

biggest laugh was the 'needs restoration' Bantam D14 up for sale at £1200   !

Just back meself, top day as always, just a pity my greeves decided to try to nip up this morning on the way, meant I had to limp it home and take the Guzzi instead. Think i'm gonna haveta give up on the old mineral 2stroke oil and try some modern semi-synth in it. I'd just filled it with unleaded and added some oil and it appears its not mixing too well in the tank. Doesnt appear any damage done, just a shame I couldnt show it today.

Took some pics which i'll add later to this thread when ive got em off my camera.

Only bad bit of whole day was the absobloodylutely huge queues for the food stalls - 45mins for a sausage in a bun is a bit much.......

Many thanks Telstar for putting a picture of our Red Gs1000s, it saves me doing it.

The blue one is its cousin as they used to belong to the same person, who is a good friend of ours

Took Mrs & little one so was unable to take the bike :X but it did give me a good excuse to have a few pints while she was waiting for food :D

Must say the turnout was excellent, always a good day out & some really quality bikes (not just in the show)
