Its all a bit previous because its not on until the 13th July but the Swansea Classic Motorcycle Show is on again this year. Sponsored / organised by Swansea Museum its got classes for classic, vintage, custom, competition and road bikes.
Its free and (so it says here...) has souvenir awards to every motorbike and trophies to all class winners and best in show.
Its on in Dylan Thomas Square in the Swansea Marina, at the end of Gloucester Park Mews. Try junction 42 off the M4 onto the A483 and head into Swansea, turn left after 300 yards after Sainsburys. I'm sure it'll be signposted... Its located near to the Swansea Museum, The Pump House pub (thats got your interest then...), the Queen's Head pub (even more interest..), and the National Waterfront Museum...
Its an ok show, small but friendly and there are usually some wierd and rare bikes. Many old Brit bikes and I've seen a Manx Norton next to very tricked out Hyabusa and a Jota parked next to row of 4 Kettles....its that kind of show. Garlands from Haverfordwest often turn up with a van load of modern Italian exotoca and some lovely of Brit stuff. A lot of Goldwings turn up for some reason..

Bump 'cos its drawing nearer...so all those of you who don't fancy the parade of a 1000 bikes around Mallory, I mean why would you.... pop over to west wales....check the forecast first though as we've forgotten what the sun looks like down here...
