Can anyone tell me the correct offset for my front wheel measured from the brakedrum to the rim.
I found one reference in the Ariel club site which claimed the offset to be 2 inches?
The wheel that came off the bike had an offset of 1 1/4 inches.
My Ariel is a 47 with telescopic forks, it had been T-boned early in its life and so I am unsure whether the front wheel is original or not
