Hmmmm!!!!!!!

That don't look too healthy..........

Couple of questions for Suzuki owners........

Where you find best for spares?

I can get a chain via work..;) I can get blank sprockets from work then bug them on the CNC and bore the holes.

If I made half a dozen - would they sell?

Hello Del,

Jeez, that sprocket really is cream crackered.  I have a used spare in good condition, you would be welcome to it for cloning or fitting and using.

For spares I can recommend either Crooks or Robinsons Foundry.  Both very helpful and knowledgeable about T/GT 500s.

Gear box shows signs on wear on the side where the rear wheel was out of line. All the damage seems to have been done to the rear.

I will see how much a blank chain sprocket is at work. I can easily dore the centre hole and 6 bolt holes on the CNC mill/drill.

Just wondered if I should make some extras.

Hmmm! £20 with postage.

If I can get a blank for a couple of quid and it takes 30 mins on a CNC then that will save me a tank full.

Too some £20 may not seem much but I don't like wasting money when I can do it myself
