hi,there its me again , ive managed to sort out where to buy loy blocks, i came  across one in my local bike shop and its been on the shelf for a while cos it was rather dusty, so i googled the name garryflex and it led me back to ebay.co.uk and theres a seller on there ,they cost £2.45 in four colours for gritting, these are great if you are doing your crancases  by hand,so thats one problem solved and i hope it helps everyone

Indeed good stuff, I bought some back when they first came out and still use them, sometimes.
