I can definitely categorise it in the Motorcycle genus, sub-species minius-moto 
Probably came from an anonymous factory in the far east, probably of simple design, probably of lowish build quality - and great cheap fun if you have a suitable place to buzz around on it (not on the roads).
If it has no recognisable manufacturers stamp on it somewhere you could be struggling to identify it. Do you know the name of the company who imported it ? , might be your only place for spares.

its chinese have a look at ebay they is a few bits on there type in champ

its chinese have a look at ebay they is a few bits on there type in champ what he said, its even an ebay pic of it you've got there. the people who import & ebay them normally carry spares too - at least thats my experience of unknown chinese stuff.

| This bike is alot older than it looks well before the stuff on ebay.There is nothing on ebay simmilar to this.The only thing is a yellow tank.I have spoke to two pitbike companys and they no nothing about it this is why im stuck.
