The problem is he started making MORE fuss later in the evening after seeing the tapes, now decided that Rossi brake-tested him in turn 11 causing him to run off, even thou he said it was his own mistake earlier.

Still, it looks as thou he's actually gone and p1ssed Rossi off properly now, so the rest of the season could well liven up more, and Rossi will be looking for opportunities to make him look stupid/bad, which he's just as talented at!

'The race was decided by what Casey first said was 'completely my mistake.' Later he was said he thought the mistake happened because Valentino braked a little early for Turn 11. That was at the post-race press conference; immediately after the race Casey had refused Rossi's hand in parc ferme and offered the opinion that some of the passes had been beyond aggressive.
It has been shown several times that if things get personal then Valentino tends to come out on top. This has been demonstrated to both Mr Biaggi and Mr Gibernau. The Doctor does not waste ammunition on those opponents who are not a threat to him. Noises emanating from the Fiat Yamaha camp indicate that Rossi is very angry indeed at the suggestion that he rides dirty. Jerry Burgess,a fellow Aussie, opined that it's a good job Casey wasn't racing in the 1980s against Lawson, Schwantz, et al--and especially Luca Cadalora.'

After such a cracking, and explosive, race I could not believe Eurosport left before the post race interviews.

Have they lost interest with the contract!  bew a real shame to see them go.

No, you didn't miss them.
For some strange reason the US is exempted from fielding the full race programme,

'A 'that's just racing' slap on the butt from Rossi probably didn't do much to quell Stoner's ire.'

Here's what Stoner and Rossi had to say after the race:

Yep, and you didn't hear Rossi complaining !
That's racing, and it's what everyone wants to see;
The top riders battling hard for the win.
It's a shame they couldn't have carried on the battle all the way to the chequered flag, but it was fairly obvious that sooner or later one of them was going to make a mistake.
What wasn't quite so obvious was which one it was going to be.
Rossi has been known to make major mistakes (although usually when he's not under pressure !) and Stoner can definitely ride that Ducati pretty quickly.

Blimey - It seems like ages since we last had a race to watch !

125's have just started, and once again we got to see Rossi on the pit wall waiting to watch the start.

Qualifying yesterday was a complete washout - they'd have been better off on jet-skis !

Whoops !
Down goes Casey Stoner !
The two Suzuki guys are having a good old ding-dong for 2nd and 3rd.

With only 17 starters and 2 out already it looks like this could've been another points scoring weekend on my old Guzzi - especially since I'm not running on Michelins !

/Edit: A walk in the park for Rossi in the end - but what a great result for Elias on the Alice Ducati and Capirrossi on the Suzuki.

dont know what michelin are playing at, edwards and toseland down the worng end of the results.

surely bradley should be doing better in the 125's too?? good win for bradl though,

i'll watch the 250's tomorrow so no spoilers please!!

He took to throwing himself at the scenery in quite a big way !

Today it seems that Michelin forgot how to make tyres !
Dani Pedrosa coming Dead Last was another shocker.

I didn't realise Crasher de Puniet had got back on and finished !
Fair Play to the guy - he probably (and quite reasonably) expected another retirement and the chance of scoring points.

What, exactly, is 'carboration' ?

Do they mean Carburettion  (Maybe only one 't' for the Merkins !) ?

In this day and age maybe they mean Fuel Injectionification ?

Perhaps less 'perfectly shaped' gravel might have got past the fuel injectors and completely F*cked his engine !

I remember seeing an old Ducati 900SS fall over on the way out of the Dragon Rally and ingest several pints of liquid mud through it's open mouthed DellOrto's !

Wakey Wakey Folks !

Time to press that Red Button and watch the 125cc race live from Misano.
(or watch it on the BBC website if you haven't got a Red Button)

/Edit - Nice to see Bradders on the podium again.

Oh - And Down Goes Stoner !

And with no Hayden, and De-Puniet down as well It looks like Gus on his (T)rusty Guzzi is on for another points scoring finish !

Great Racing !

Rossi dominant again once Stoner made his mistake.
Lorenzo managed to avoid throwing himself at the scenery.
Elias on the podium again on the Alice Ducati.
A good 6th for Toseland - especially considering the pressure from Capirossi and Dovizioso on the last couple of laps.

And I scored another point for 15th !
