Thanks for the info on the Excelsior picture and Mark Lowrie, I will be going to Netley Marsh and possibly Beaulieu this weekend so will try and find him.

Depends a bit on the capacity. It looks like a 250 or smaller. If it's up and running, probably upwards of £2000.

Hi all,
i am new this forum.. I have this JAP engined Excelsior from 1931, frame number starts AW3xx, and engine number is IOZS/H/15xxx/SL. Can anyone tell me what model this would be A10,A11?? I also search few parts for this bike, especially for engine.

As the engine is a 350 OHV dry sump unit I think you have an A10. I havent got a 1931 catalogue but your picture looks very similar to the 1932 B10 model.

Hi,
Heres picture from -31 sales brochure. This fools me little, my frame number starts AW3xx, all other frames what i know, starts A10xxx, B10xxx, A11xxx etc. In my engine has only one exhaust port.
