Hello Becky (or alternative moderator).
I have tried a number of times to find a link to quit this forum without success.
Could you please un-register me or tell me the procedure?
Thanks
Trees

Listen mate, you dont need to unregister. Just dont log on to the site, disable the part that sends you pm alerts or answers to your posts and then sit back and forget about us.

Don't tell me someone has upset Mr. Tree! But "if you love somebody, set them free".

No not upset at all. Miss the Emerald Isle and like to do anything that reminds me of her, but am having trouble getting computer time. Thought there was a proper procedure for closing an account, that's all.

Yes, early, it's 07:27 here (PRC) been up since 05:30, lovely sunrise and looks like it's gonna be another belter.

Trees, you don't have to scoot just 'cos you don't get much forum time, I'll go a whole month without posting/reading when I'm home, but that's 'cos I got sooooo much good s*** going down. BIG plans for the Landie and property next time home, so I'll be lucky to make any contact.

Ah So you are not in the UK at present. My mistake.
Yes actually you are quite right, un-checking the email box will sort the problem nicely thanx Jimmy.
Do you get a chance to look at the Chinese bike building scene? (PRC is mainland China, yes?).
Here in Oz, I am sure we will be forced to buy them as the gov't will tax out any opposition.

No chance to look at bike building, but there are millions of teeny wee 125 and some rather neat little electric bike knocking about.

I do however sample the gastronomic delights at every opportunity :)!
