Good Afternoon everyone

I'm Simon from shropshire, foolishly (maybe) i bought a 1982 CB900FB supersport from our beloved Ebay. She "was" a runner, however as with most things i have a horrible habit of taking things apart.

So 3 years later she lies in hundreds of pieces in my garage, however the time has come to put my "project back together again.

I've got as far as, unbolting everything and i mean everything. Frame, swinging arm is all powder coated and looking good. So i will over the next few weeks, months, years fettling away in the garage.

I hope to keep a pic file going of what i do, i've never ever attempted anything like this before, so any suggestions on which order to put the bike back togeter again would be very much appreciated.

Hope to speak to some of you soon

Regards

Simon (In a shed in shropshire)

Hi Rev, welcome to the Funny Farm.

I've met several men of the cloth who were into bikes as well.

Most famously "Father Bill" Shergold of the 59 club.

I indeed am a real genuine revving reverend, rolling along the country side preaching to those who will listen.

No never owned a transalp, last bike was a Cagiva Raptor which i sold 2 weeks ago. Next bike Speed triple or Yamaha MT-01. Can't afford MV Brutale 1078R (Yet) so will be riding around on one of the other options until 2nd hand prices become more reasonable.

Hey, I've given you Mana, Reverend, for the Good Taste you show in bikes (bikes I like to look at rather than own, 'cos I'm a bimbling wimp). And because I had a very nice ex-boyfriend who thought CB900s were the ultimate bike :)

Must be more than one biking Reverend in Telford - Jon remembers one with a Transalp
